Seller and applicable law
For orders delivered to Russia and Belarus, the seller is IE Gorchakov K.S. (OGRNIP 325774600734755), and these terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
For orders delivered to all other countries, the seller is SMIN Composite Tech Private Limited, Gurugram, Haryana, India (CIN U23109HR2023PTC113080), and these terms are governed by the laws of India.
Your request
Submitting a request on agathia.in is not a purchase and does not oblige you to buy. It reserves the murti in your name from the moment the request reaches the atelier.
Our confirmation
Within 48 hours we confirm by email whether the murti is available, its lead time and the final amount. The contract is made when you pay that amount.
Price
Prices are in US dollars and include insured delivery. Import duties and taxes are not included; we calculate them for your country and add them to the final amount before payment. See Shipping & returns.
Payment
Payment is made through the secure link in our confirmation email. For orders delivered to Russia and Belarus, we accept cards issued by Russian banks, including Mir. For all other countries, we accept international cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club) through Razorpay, and PayPal. The murti stays reserved for you for 3 days from that email. If payment does not arrive within those 3 days, the reservation ends.
Personalisation
Each murti is personalised for its custodian. The buckle of the presentation box is engraved with the custodian’s name as you give it to us, the murti’s individual code, its edition number and a QR code. The base of the murti carries the same code, edition number and QR code. Please check the spelling of the name before you pay. The engraving is permanent: once made, it cannot be changed or removed.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge at any time before payment. After payment and before engraving, you may cancel and we refund the full amount. Once the engraving is made, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Once the engraving is made, the murti is accepted back only if it arrives damaged or is lost in transit. In those cases we replace it or refund the full amount, as described in our Shipping & returns. By submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and accept these conditions.
Delivery, damage and loss
Delivery, damage in transit and lost parcels are covered by our Shipping & returns.
